Every November since we moved in, we’ve had visitors dropping in during their migration attracted, I suppose, by our backyard wildlife. They only rarely seem to get a meal out of it, and the squirrels rarely seem intimidated once the element of surprise is lost.

In August we capped off our summer holiday with a week in the UK and caught up with some of the best people at a beautiful place called Dedisham.

I’m posting these unprocessed photos to shame myself into actually working through some of the thousands of photos I took over the holiday. Sorry for the slow gallery, will fix someday.
